New logo and light theme
Groundwork has a new logo mark and wordmark. They show in the app, on the website, and on the icon that you get when you add Groundwork to a phone’s home screen. In dark mode, the logo uses its mint variant.
New sessions now start in light mode. Dark is still available, and the theme setting is now in the settings menu at the top of the panel. It is with the settings for details layout, location box layout and units. When you choose a theme, the settings panel closes.
The Dark theme also draws the street basemap dark, and this includes the street overlay on aerial imagery. Aerial imagery looks the same in both themes. So does a basemap whose provider publishes no dark version.
The interface icons now come from one set. So controls that do the same thing look the same in all places.
How to try it
- Open the settings menu at the top of the panel.
- Find Theme.
- Switch to dark. The basemap also changes.
- Switch to light again. Every new session now starts in light.
